Hey guys! The following roles are needed for ANOTHER film directed by Quason Matthews! Details are as follows:
DAD (Black. Male. Playing age: 40 – 50)
A really warm and charming character, DAD is someone who is always helping others and willing to go the extra mile – even on Christmas Day! He truly adores his family and is trying his best to lead by example and instil solid values in his two children. We require someone who can bring great spirit and energy to this role and is great at taking direction!
RACHEL (Black. Female. Playing age: 15 – 17)
Rachel is a kind, funny and confident teenager. She gets along great with her brother ANDREW, the kind of siblings who sometimes team up to play tricks on their parents! She has a sensitive side but doesn’t always like to show it; she doesn’t really know what to think when she gets a big shock on Christmas Day.
MUM (Black. Female. 40 – 50)
The character of MUM is warm, loving and hard-working. She is seen as quite serious at times especially by her two teenage kids, but does also have her playful moments. Being someone who is always on the go, MUM is really looking forward to this Christmas so she can have a well-deserved break and quality time with her husband and children. However, after an unexpected, event she is in a position where she is forced to re-evaluate everything.
ANDREW (Black. Male. 15 – 17)
A cool, confident and cheeky teen who enjoys spending time with his family and making people laugh. ANDREW doesn’t like all of the fuss at Christmas but does like being off from school and all the food! He doesn’t react too well when the family are challenged to change their routine this Christmas and feels like DAD may have ruined it all.
Shooting dates are follows: Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th
Rate: Unpaid, travel expenses and food and refreshments will be provided on set
