With the passing of one of the innovators trailblazers in Black Filmmaking, Damson Idris continues to speak highly of the director who gave him one of the most pivotal roles that started his fame in the American Market, and trust – there’s a lot of people both in the UK and US that love this man.
Afterall, he won his first award after being in another Breakthrough role – ‘Farming’ by Adewale Akinnouye-Agbaje at the Edinburgh Film Festival.
