Hi all!
After asking whether knowing a casting director would help your careers, we’re happy to announce that we’ve added casting director Aisha Bywaters to the lineup for our December Give-Back Session!
With over 10 years in this industry she began her career as a casting assistant working on shows such as Black Mirror, Peaky Blinders and many others before starting her own casting agency!
Since then she’s gone on to work with the BBC (a number of times), casting for series 1 and 2 of Kayode’s comedy drama ‘Enterprice’, Shola Amoo’s ‘The Last Tree’, The Watchman featuring Stephen Graham and a number of commercials and feature films.
Despite working with some of the highest tier talent in the industry, she’s also got a good understanding of working with emerging talent and is keen to share some truths to help remove any obstacles to you progressing within the industry.
